  1. Depends on the application you are installing. It would have to have a silent install switch. If it does, can you drop the installer somewhere on the computer or network, and run the it with the silent command so that no user intervention is needed.
  2. This isn't normally a compatibility issue, but a security issue. Right click on the DLL > Properties > Unblock > OK. You most likely will have to install the plugin from a different computer then what you have already tried and failed.
  3. Check out my reply on this post. viewtopic.php?f=13&t=1530 This was the old unsupported way of adding the button. Michael also had mentioned a supported method done with the API.
  4. I've noticed that after unblocking it will still continue to fail on that computer. At which point I log into another computer or server, confirm the file in unblocked, and add the plugin from there.

  6. Here is a monitor I put together real quick. It uses the "Missed Patch Windows" EDF that is built into Ignite.

  8. Without plugins I believe there is two ways to day it. You can schedule the script with a SQL command, or I have seen others calculate the time difference in minutes between now, and another time, and schedule the script to run in that many minutes by using the "Script Run" function.
  9. Not sure if this helps, but you can shift click agents in the tree. Then when you right click on one and run a command it is ran across all highlighted.

  13. I am on 10.5 still, and DO see LT autofilling custom property 1 with Client Name with no intervention from me. We just on-boarded a new client this week, and it has filled in for every SC install.

  15. Doesnt v_extradatagroups already do what your looking for? It has 1) The name of the group 2) All the group EDFs and their values. So to find all groups with a specific template selected you can query. Select * from v_extradatagroups WHERE `Dropdown EDF Name` = 'Option 1' Or find all that aren't blank, and group the options. select * from v_extradatagroups WHERE `Dropdown EDF Name` <> '' ORDER BY `Dropdown EDF Name` ASC
