  1. I had the same issue @drobert88 were you once hosted in the cloud and now on prem? if that is the case, you may have an old host entry in your database. in the config table, DownloadURL was wrong in my case. That was still pointing towards hostedrmm.com. once he fixed that the plugin worked and Automate was much faster.

  3. Ok, found the issue. I had put in a Subject in the "Alert Message Subject on Sucess" field , once I took that out I got one ticket for each
  4. Just for grins, I changed the Identity Field in the configuration to be the ComputerID and not the AgentName. I got the same result, 1 ticket with all the others added as comments
  5. Yes there is a computerID in the plugin_vipre_security_computers table and also in the Query Results window of the monitor. No computerID in the table on the status tab of the monitor
  6. Hello, I have a monitor that queries the table plugin_vipre_security_computers, when I test and build the view I see 24 results. When I run the monitor it creates the ticket as expected for the first device and then adds every other device as a comment. I would expect it to kick out 24 tickets, one of each device or result. Has anyone has seen this before? I have attached some screenshots of the monitor and tickets thanks for your help
  7. If I recall i worked with a few folks in the slack channel to get that to work. It has been spot on for months now.
  8. What we did was create an EDF to enter in the Static IP Address that we expect to see and then we wrote a monitor to compare the Gateway and the EDF. Then we created a Group that uses that monitor for any server, in our case VoIP PBX servers, and then alert us to the change
  9. Yes, this works great, just last week found 2 DNS forwarders that were a few years out of date. Need to add that check to my onboarding.
