    Automate - Patch Upgrade Guide

So the 2019.2 patch - says install asap because any recent patches will break the server. Any details here? We are on 12.12.

    Duo Security Plugin

I ended up using google authenticator instead. Would have preferred SSO and MFA, but had a requirement for MFA immediately.

    Duo Security Plugin

Situation - trying to use Duo synced from Azure AD. Our usernames are firstname.lastname, but Automate doesn't support periods in usernames. Duo Azure AD sync does not support username aliases. Has anyone found a solution to this?

    Automate - Patch Upgrade Guide

FYI looks like I'm rolling back with backup. On Automate server rename C:\inetpub\wwwroot\LabTech\Updates and C:\inetpub\wwwroot\LabTech\Service then restore those directories back to what they were in patch 10. this prevents any further agent updates to 11 and new installs are installed with 10. Use 1 line script Command = Powershell (new-object Net.WebClient).DownloadString('http://bit.ly/LTPoSh') | iex; Reinstall-LTService -Server ‘https://YOUR_AUTOMATE_SERVER.com' This uses Labtech Powershell to uninstall the agent, then reinstall using your automate server. Since you copied over the directories above, this will install the 12.10 version of the agent. Once all agents rolled back to 12.10 version, I should be able to restore the backup of the server before the upgrade.

Any way to roll back to patch 10? I have an image backup, but I'm concerned with agents that have already updated.

    Patching - ActiveX error

I am getting the same error trying to push the October Patches to Windows 10 machines.
  10. Has anyone tried the new Azure MySQL as a service for a Labtech install. Interested to see how it would perform. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/mysql/

That may be if you haven't moved to the new patch management yet.

@mmoravec - thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately I still get the same error. I'm currently on Update 10. Are you on the same?

Does anyone else get "There was an error loading the report. Please verify that the report is in a valid format and try again."?
  14. I have a RAWSQL Internal monitor that checks a custom mysql table against software versions. The monitor is working and gives me results when run, but on the Internal Monitor screen, it still says "No Problems" Internal Monitors Tab But shows a result: Here is the monitor: Any insights why this would not show as "Detected" instead of "No Problems"? Thanks!
