  3. What is the script name for this? or the SQL file is just the file that has Query. I got an error too when I imported but I followed the traditional way of running the SQL query and place the dll file on the program files folder.
  4. Every LT support person I spoke to so far, every one said do not upgrade to LT 11. We are pretty stable on 10.5 PM. I wouldn't recommend anyone to upgrade to LT 11 PM yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. We dont use the alerts and info section at all. When you have more than one person on shift running alerts, it's very hard to manage alerts on LT alerts and info section because you can't assign an alert to anyone or resolve it or nothing. LT tickets are more better to work with. We don't trigger alerts as an alert action because LT is very sensitive and enabling alert + ticket + email all in one template might create another problem [emoji3] Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk
  6. Hello All, Is there a way to add a time entry to bunch of CW tickets through SQL? We imported 900 CW tickets with the help of CW support by filling out a CW Standard template but they weren't able to help us add the time entry. I was wondering if there is anyone out here who was able to add a time entry through CW DB? Any help is much appreciated ! Thanks in advance.
  7. There is one issue with using Powershell.exe through remote monitors. The Powershell process will start on the end point but will never be closed. Eventually, that process will take up too much of resources on the endpoint and will peg the CPU / Memory at 100% . This is very random on agents. Have you seen those on any agents?
  8. You would have to check their documentation page to see if they have a patch or not. We cannot download the patch from anywhere. You would have to contact LT Support to get that patch.
  9. This is awesome ! I am on 10.5. When I open the URL Builder, most of the options are hidden. Not sure if we need to modify the size of the GUI? Also, Is anyone able to find a link to download the agent for a specific location? This would be helpful for us when installing agents for new clients.
  10. Thanks for this ! I have a Client who uses Trend Micro Office Scan version 10.6. I added all the necessary configuration information to the Virus Scan section of LT but its still not being detected. Is anyone able to figure out the configuration for that product?
  11. Hello All, I am trying to see if there is a way to specify the byte size of the ping monitor in LabTech? Is anyone able to test this using a remote monitor? An example is below: ping -l 1500 Pinging with 1500 bytes of data: Reply from bytes=1500 time=2ms TTL=59 Reply from bytes=1500 time=2ms TTL=59 Reply from bytes=1500 time=2ms TTL=59 Reply from bytes=1500 time=2ms TTL=59 Ping statistics for Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 2ms, Maximum = 2ms, Average = 2ms I have been using the standard PING Check remote monitor but I was wondering if the above is possible. I modified the remote monitor to -l 1500 in the IP or Host name section. Just trying to see if I can have an answer earlier than that. Thanks !
  12. You should be avle to do this using the built in CPU Remote monitors. WMI queries are good but the results are in kbs, or bytes Try to use the built in remote monitors and see if that helps. Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk
  13. I had the same issue. You have to play with the template by adding thr LT_noeventlimit property and add the lt_channel with the right log information that you are looking for. Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk
  14. Bgags, I tried that. I actually have every DC running running under domain account for LT services. Probe push has too many road blocks like FW, AV, etc... GPO is the best so far. The only drawback is that, you have to make sure to remove the GPO when the client leaves. If not, you will be seeing the agents from that client non stop. Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk
