  1. I know this is very strange but I have run out of ideas to fix this. I have 2 and only 2 customer sites that are offline in Automate. There is no common element between them. They have different Server OS, different ISP, different firewalls, different internal LAN schemes etc. All agents at these two sites are offline in Automate. There are no templates that are unique to these two customers. Sometimes I can see a few of the computers in the Control web portal and connect to them via Control. The only possible connection is both have Server OS that are in extended support-- One is SBS 2011R2 Essentials and the other is Server 2012 R2 Standard. Both are set to be replaced in Q4. When i look at LTERRORS.TXT I see ".... A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond" It shows the correct ip address. I can ping the Automate server ip address and domain name, but I cannot reach any website connected to my domain using a web browser. I have opened tickets with my ISP and customer ISP's and they do not see any issues, I can take my laptop on location and the connection fails when I am on their network. No other websites fail, just my domain. One of he firewalls is a new Fortigate and their support has checked everything and cannot find any problems with the configuration. All other customers are reporting in as normal. I would appreciate any help. I am a smaller MSP and these customers are good long term customers.
  2. Thank for this, I am a Very VERY novice SQL guy but I had to make a small edit in the condition -- 'disk' needed to be 'disk%' Then it ran with no errors.
  3. I have the same issue. I don't want techs to have their printers added to the client machines but if I allow customers (for a modest fee of course) to have access to their machines they would like the ability to print remotely. I see how to set up a user in Control and set remote printing, but that does not sync with users created as contacts in Automate. The remote printing is set in the web config and that is not pushed out to client machines. Does anyone have a solution to this?
  4. Thanks I was looking for this
