  1. Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to find out when an agent was moved to a particular location. My situation is that an agent was put under the wrong client and caused overages for them, and I wanted to find out when it was mistakenly added and, if possible, who moved it. Thank you in advance!

  3. Hello, Our default policy is to ignore driver patches, however we have a client that is adamant about installing them. How would I go about separately approving Drivers for this client most efficiently? I have already created a separate group under the Windows Updates > Approved tree, and approved them there, but am not sure if there is a more efficient way to do this, or even an automatic way to do this. Any help would be appreciated.Thank you!
  4. Hello, I have need for a monitor that triggers an alert when an agent comes ONLINE so we can remove our tools from it, instead of checking the status throughout the day hoping it comes online. This is mainly for clients who have been offboarded and the initial removal failed for some reason. I was not sure how to go about setting this up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

  6. Hello, My higher ups want a report of all managed servers and the total used disk usage for each server. I went through out of the box Dataviews and Reports, and can't seem to find what I need. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. To give you an idea, this is format is what I'm looking for: Client Name Server Disk Usage client 1 DC 300 GB client 2 FS1 125 GB

  8. What we are trying to achieve is to run a script that will make all target servers auto-lock after 10 mins of inactivity to a blank screen. My understanding is that this is primarily done through GPO, but I am not sure how I would modify that via script. I am fairly new to scripting and am not sure where to begin.
