  1. Has anyone had any success with getting alerted when a switch has been up for over a specific period of time? I know if the SNMP string is configured it will pull that information regarding the uptime but I'm not sure what monitor would need to be enabled to alert on this. We use the Cisco SG3** series switch.
  2. I have created a copy of the AV-SoftwareMissing monitor and I'm trying to tweak it so it only triggers if the Virusscanner field doesn't match what our Antivirus solution ID is. I have build the query correctly in SQLyog but this carry over to the monitor I'm not sure what I've missed. I'm in no way a MySQL/SQL novice or expert so I request a second set of eyes. Thank you. My SQL query that returns the correct information I need to run the monitor against. SELECT NAME,Domain,Virusscanner FROM Computers WHERE Virusscanner NOT IN (217,263,264,265) I have attached the image from the monitor config.
  3. @MGreen how does one disable the nightly backups and do you have another means of backing up your database? My issue has escalated to a point where now every weekend before Friday night maintenance periods that it appears the server stops responding and none of my scripts run they all just sit there queued until a reboot. However, in this case IIS doesn't appear to stop responding and throw the IIS error. I'm frustrated right now.
  4. I believe this is a built in monitor regarding the LT-Agents check-in. What I'm wondering, as an attempt to re-mediate this is to pull from the network probe on the client site to see if the MAC address has been scanned within the last couple days. From this I would like to see if the agent then can be reinstalled. Is this possible?
  5. Hi David, I currently have ticket 11545631 open but I don’t believe anyone has been assigned to it. They told me it was getting escalated to Tier 2. Thank you!
  6. I've had an issue with our server at random times after the daily maintenance period cause IIS to stop responding. The error reads: "Sql Open Conn ErrorAuthentication to host 'localhost' for user 'asp_LabTech_1' using method 'mysql_native_password' failed with message: Access denied for user 'asp_LabTech_1'@'localhost' (using password: YES). I had a case with support back in October and after about a month they came to the conclusion that it was a Windows OS issue. I built a new server and migrated the database. I had no issues from the end of October to now mid-Feburary. Now I'm starting to have the same issue again. I opened another ticket and they suggested to go ahead and upgrade to the 2019.2 patch since it fixes a lot of issues (I was on 12 patch 12). Its been a week on the new patch and today my server threw the same error again. I would appreciate any suggestion as I do not want to go through another server rebuild. Thanks in advance!
