    MSP Accounts Plugin - Free

    So I am going through this morning and checking all of our clients. Of the 28 I have checked so far, 13 of them have wrong passwords. I checked the MSP account settings for that user account, and the "AutoChangePassword" box for that account in question is NOT checked. Under the We did just start using this plug-in after our upgrade to LT 11 back in February, and the "auto change password" field under settings is set to 99, but that shouldn't have an effect since the that account is not set to auto-update.

    MSP Accounts Plugin - Free

    Mr Rat, I am having a problem where our MSP account doesn't appear to be updating at all clients. We had an account lock-out problem this morning, and when I checked the Service account password for that client, the entry "Title" was formatted in a way that leads me to believe that it was created by the plug-in, but the password value saved in that entry appears to be random (or at least, the value was not current, historic, or anything that I recognized). This site has a single DC, and I checked that the PDC emulator role was detected (you noted this in an earlier post). Any ideas what else might be going on here? Anything else I can check or look at? Thanks Nate
  3. it did not look like that. I clearly did something wrong. This is working as expected now. Thanks!
  4. Actually, I got it imported, but when I build and view the query, i get this: Create Temporary Table Tcomp (INDEX (Computerid)) SELECT SubGroupwchildren.computerid,SubGroupwchildren.GroupID,Mastergroups.Priority FROM SubGroupwchildren JOIN Mastergroups USING(groupid) WHERE FIND_IN_SET(SubGroupwchildren.groupid,'856,855,2,3,4') AND SubGroupwchildren.ComputerID NOT IN (Select ComputerID from AgentIgnore Where AgentID=8471522);Select DISTINCT 'C',computers.computerid,computers.Name as ComputerName,Convert(CONCAT(clients.name,' ',locations.name) Using utf8) As Location, ( SELECT COUNT(Approved) FROM Hotfix h, hotfixdata hd WHERE h.ComputerID = Computers.ComputerID AND h.approved = 1 AND h.Installed <> 1 AND hd.hotfixid = h.hotfixID AND hd.OS = h.OS AND Date_Added < DATE_ADD(NOW(),INTERVAL -5 DAY) ) as TestValue,Computers.Name FROM ((hotfix LEFT JOIN Computers ON Computers.ComputerID=hotfix.ComputerID) LEFT JOIN Locations ON Locations.LocationID=Computers.Locationid) LEFT JOIN Clients ON Clients.ClientID=Computers.clientid JOIN AgentComputerData on Computers.ComputerID=AgentComputerData.ComputerID WHERE ( SELECT COUNT(Approved) FROM Hotfix h, hotfixdata hd WHERE h.ComputerID = Computers.ComputerID AND h.approved = 1 AND h.Installed <> 1 AND hd.hotfixid = h.hotfixID AND hd.OS = h.OS AND Date_Added < DATE_ADD(NOW(),INTERVAL -5 DAY) ) > 10 AND (computers.`LastContact` > DATE_ADD(NOW(),INTERVAL -30 DAY) AND DAYOFWEEK(NOW()) NOT IN (1,2,3,4,5,6,7)) AND Computers.ComputerID IN (Select Distinct ComputerID From Tcomp); Drop TEMPORARY Table Tcomp;
  5. Thank you! How do I go about importing the XML? I am still running LT10. Do I use Tools > Import > SQL ? EDIT: I found it. This looks great! Thanks again!
  6. Hello all, I am not sure if this is the proper place to ask this. If not, please point me in the correct direction. I am wanting to build an group that will auto-join agents based on a search. The search that I was looking for would add an agent if the agent was missing X number of APPROVED patches. I am relatively new to Labtech, so if this is basic, please forgive. Thanks Nate FWIW, this is for LT10. We won't make the jump to 11 for another month or three.
