    Scripting Issue

Hey Everyone, The script I made imports a module using Import-Module AdmPwd.PS in the first step. The second step put in the get-AdmPwdPassword command and the %computername%. The results I get are all dashes for the password as if powershell closed before running the second command. If I run the script in PS without the Import command, I get the same results I am seeing with the CW script. Below is a screen shot of my script. Any suggestions? Thanks..as always for your help!
  3. Hey Everyone, Looking for a little assistance. I created a script to pull the LAPS password and store it in an Extra Data Field, but it needs to run the PS command from the domain controller. How do I set the script to run the command in PS on the DC? The DC is the only computer with the LAPS module installed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
  4. Hey everyone, I have been tasks with creating an internal monitor to search for a failed scheduled task. I started the configuration and I am just not sure of the text in the Identity Field or Additional Conditions to return a result if the scheduled tasks fails. I have attached a screenshot of the config screen, the result field is the TaskID. How do I have the monitor trigger a response if the mentioned tasks doesn't run? I really appreciate all of your help, new to ConnectWise and trying to make the most of the system.
  5. That was it, you are the man!! I have been working on this for awhile, I really appreciate all of your help!
  6. The internal monitor is set to review the event viewer app logs every 5 minutes looking for certain event ID's as related to NAV errors. The alert template is nothing special, a mirror of one of the default templates. All of the information is created in the ticket, it's just the email body from the alert that has a character limit on all alert templates, not just this one. I can't find a setting to change it. I found another thread on Reddit, but the link to the solution is a dead link (of course).
  7. Good morning Darren, I receive an email from the internal monitor alert and the character limit is set to 150 or so in the email body. It's not static text, it's from the following fields that are placed in the alert email and half of the message is cutoff. I am also attaching a screen shot of the email showing the character limit. You can see at the end where it says "at Mi" is cutoff. I can't find anything that sets the character limit for the alert email body, I did find a character limit for the subject, but that was it.
  8. I went through all the settings. I found TicketSubjectLength at 200 characters, but I need to increase the size of the allowed characters on all alert template email bodies. I don't see any settings for this.
  9. Good morning, I am trying to increase the amount of characters in the email body when a error on the internal monitor is triggered. Right now it is very short and cutting off much of the message body. Any suggestions? Thanks!
  10. Hey Everyone, New to ConnectWise Automate and looking for some help. I have been tasked with creating an ~Autofix Script to Release/Renew/Flush DNS when the critical blacklist event ID 4319 is triggered which is for IP conflict. I created a .bat file to do this, but I have no idea how to put this into a script or call the script if the blacklist event is triggered. I started to create the script and it is looking for the event ID 4319 in Logs, then I want it to run the .bat file or place some Powershell commands in there to run if that's easier. I am obviously open to suggestions or any support you can give me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
