  1. Hi, We have had Automate for a few months now and have completed onboarding all our customers. Currently we have over 300 alert tickets for either 'Drive Errors and Raid Failures' or 'DRV - Smart Failures'. That's about 15% of all our devices, which seems like a high number. Has anyone else experienced this? Are the alert something to be concerned about or are they false positives and can be safely ignored? A lot of them seem to be for drives that are not the primary hard drive, e.g. \Device\Harddisk1\DR5. Any advice would be great.
