  1. Hello, I need some help please. I'd like to create a Remote Error Event Monitor with a suppression period of 20 minutes. If an Information Event is received within the 20 minutes of the suppression period that indicates the Error even has been cleared, I would like the Error to be resolved so that Automate does not Raise an alert or create a ticket. As if nothing happened. If after 20 minutes the Information Event is not in the event log, then Create Ticket & Raise Alert. Thank you The events are referenced below. Error - Source Event Code = 116 - The switch is unable to communicate with the other Switch specified in the event. Information - Source Event Code = 117 - The switches established a connection and are communicating with each other.
