  1. Hi Everyone, I am trying to get my head round the automation side, Can you give me a guide on what monitors you have running against your agents on the system? I am using ignite and this seems very large and some monitors need to be customised as we don't necessary need alerts. Just interested in finding out what people are doing with the internal monitors?
  2. HI Folks, I am a little confused - Automate comes with Ignite and tons of monitors and all that stuff but it comes with all the Managed 8 x 5 / 24 / 7 bits too So you start working with Automate consultancy and they say no don't use that create your own because we update Ignite all the time..... So at this point I am starting to scratch my head surely tweaking their Ignite is the way to go and just makes my life a lot easier than having to rebuild all of Ignite and just ignoring what they did. Anybody any thoughts? Michael
  3. The agent maintenance script runs daily and creates critical disk space monitors on servers and workstations by querying the database. I'd like to restrict the creation of these monitors to the C drive, as we get many false positives and we have internal monitors at the group level monitoring disk space already. I had intended to go into the _System Automation\Agent Maintenance\Agent Maintenance - Disk script and change the sql query to only return drives with the letter C. However these are system scripts and I am unable to modify them. Does anyone know of a way that I can better control this automated behavior to prevent the creation of faulty and redundant monitors?
