  1. So the MSP I am working for is needing a way to get the warranty information from the 5 companies in the title. We used to have a working solution for it but it appears that the API's no longer work. I have seen this mentioned alot on several other blog posts on various sites. I was wondering if anyone here has a solution for getting warranty info for these companies in a different way because I have tried to get new API keys to see if that was the issue but i get no response from the support. thanks
  2. Hello All, I came across an oddity. When I go to a client site and run a Service list data summary across all servers for the service name wuauserv, I find the report comes back with the service state stopped. If i right click on any device and start the service and then go to the command status page i can see it execute and then finish as success. Now if i pick the same server and install a Microsoft patch on it, and then log into the same server about 20 minutes later and check the installed patches, nothing shows for that KB as installed. If i check the same systems local services i can see
  3. Hi All, Following an update to 1809, we have had issues with definitions for any Windows 10 machine with Intune (or just the vanilla Windows Defender). Turns out the 'RemediationEXE' referenced by the LT default definition no longer exists.
