  1. Hello, We copied and modified an internal monitor for free space alerting and we're looking to add another condition to look for 'online' computers only. This is what we currently have in the 'Additional Condition' field: Drives.Size > 20480 and Drives.FileSystem not in ('ERR','CDFS','UNKFS','DVDFS','FAT','FAT32','NetFS') and Drives.free < 4096 and Drives.internal=1 and Drives.Missing !=1 and Drives.Model not like '%USB%' Would we need to add another AND condition at the end of the above like this?: and Computers.Uptime >= 0 AND DATE_ADD(Computers.LastContact, INTERVAL 15 MINUTE) > NOW(), 1, 0) as `Computer.LabTech.IsOnline` I don't know a lick of SQL so any insight or pointers will be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
  2. Here is a quick way to find the Service plans and the patching for workstations/servers for each location in a SQL format. SQL: SELECT clients.name AS ClientName, clients.clientid AS ClientID, locations.name AS LocationName, locations.locationid AS LocationID, v_extradatalocations.name AS EDFLocationName, v_extradatalocations.locationid AS EDFLocationID, `v_extradatalocations`.`Workstation Service Plan` AS `Workstation Service Plan`, `v_extradatalocations`.`Server Service Plan` AS `Server Service Plan`, `v_extradatalocations`.`Enable Patching Workstations` AS `Enable Patching Workstations`, `v_extradatalocations`.`Enable Patching Servers` AS `Enable Patching Servers` FROM v_extradatalocations LEFT JOIN locations ON v_extradatalocations.locationid = locations.locationid LEFT JOIN clients ON locations.clientid = clients.clientid Example Export:
  3. Hello! I would like to know if it is possible to create a Search based off of a SQL query? The Advanced Search options still do not allow access to views and more complicated searches. I have created a custom View inside the MySQL database and would like to query this to create a Search. When you create a search you can export as XML, when I open this there is a <SQL> part with a SELECT statement. Changed this to my SELECT statement but when I import nothing happens. Has anyone managed to do this?
