Screenconnect Client Name in Sessions

I'm fairly positive that prior to LT11, the screenconnect custom property1 would automatically be filled out with the client name by Labtech for newly added agents. Now, support is telling me that was never the case, and in order to do this, I need to manually go into the Dashboard>Integration>ScreenConnect Dashboard and hit the "Assign Client Name to Sessions". I never had to do this before; can someone confirm one way or the other how theirs works? I have SC 5.6 by the way.

I am on 10.5 still, and DO see LT autofilling custom property 1 with Client Name with no intervention from me. We just on-boarded a new client this week, and it has filled in for every SC install.

Update -- now support (after initially denying this was a feature at all) tells me it's because of special characters in the client name...
