Lights-Out Redirectors can't connect directly to an offline PC


In 12.0.3 and later, the Lights-Out Remote Desktop redirector refuses to connect to a PC that Automate thinks is offline (the agent is not running).  I created an enhancement request to revert to prior behavior so it will connect to the "offline" PC through any other PC at the location:

That page also has a workaround support gave me for connecting, by changing the Management IP of an online PC to the "offline" PC and connecting that way.
