Ram™ 0 Posted January 22 Hi Everyone, Looking to get some expert advise... We encountered a problem with one of our Server it is Online and we have confirmed it's up and running with no issues whatsoever. But it appears offline in Labtech and kept on sending alerts saying Server is offline. Alert comes in every after 30mins or up to an hour. Can someone help us pin down what's causing the fault? TIA! OmahaMCSE 1 Posted February 10 I've attached a PDF I created for my guys when they would say there was a "false positive" for a server offline. I always hated that phrase, O.K., the server is running, but obviously there is some sort of issue that they need to look into, so there's nothing false about it.
