Device "Send To" Permission

I'm looking for some guidance.

Currently our help desk users do not have access within Automate to right-click a device and select "Send to" from the menu. I'd asked my boss to give them permission to do so a couple months ago but, as of yet, it hasn't been done. I've looked at permissions, but I don't see where I'd add this for those users and, if i can, what else might this allow them access to?
