All Alerts for One Client

Is here a way to set all alerts/tickets on one specific client to be emailed to them (in addition to us)?

We have a client with an IT Department and had this setup on our prior RMM and having a hard time figuring out how to do this.

Not sure if you got this figure out.

The way I did it, was to create a new group/template, then copy all of the relevant alerts, giving them both a unique name.  Assign your alerts/monitors to that template/group.  Remove the client from what ever they're in, and place them in the new one. 

Easier said than done I will admit.
