Malwarebytes migration from Kaseya to Automate

Recommended Posts

we are migrating from Kaseya to Automate and running into some slight issues and would like some ideas or resolutions if possible.

our scenario

Kaseya license has just Anti-Malwarebytes

Automate license has Malwarebytes, Anti-Exploit, and Ransomware

there has been some rare instances when I have seen the Automate license will install over the currently installed Kaseya, not immediately but after a few hours and saw the command ran as root. Pushing through the plugin does nothing either - and to make things more interesting it will show as Malwarebytes installed but is Kaseya's and NOT Automates (if that makes sense)

has anyone came across anything similar to this or what has everyone done when migrating from Kaseya to Automate - is there an easier way that I'm missing or will we need to uninstall from Kaseya and install via Automate??
