Trying to figure out what is generating tickets

I'm trying to figure out what monitor, script, or alert template is generating support tickets in automate(because we don't have manage integrated).    We are trying to stop the generation of any support tickets and only use the alerts.   I have edited all the auto-fix scripts to not generate tickets.  I have changed all the internal monitors that I can find to default raise alert, disabled, or do nothing.   Yet I'm still getting support tickets created automatically and can't figure out whats creating them.  That most common one still be created is the LT -
