Read an articla a few weeks ago that they have found security flaws in many VNC dists.

How (if) is VNC enabled and turned on from default in Automate?

We never use VNC but I have seen VNC registry keys in our clients machines.

We try to secure our clients enviorments as good as we can so we dont want VNC to be enabled by default if we dont use it.

We only use Control.

VNC is legacy, some remnants are still around but unless you were originally using VNC from many versions of Labtech ago instead of using Control straight from a new Automate install then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. If you're concerned you can raise a support ticket to have them check to ensure VNC isn't enabled or being deployed anywhere in your environment.
