Manage syncing problems

I really hope someone can help me on this.

In automate, when an asset appears in a location, it does appear in CW as well which is the expected behavior.

But when an asset is being retired or deleted in automate it still stays in CW and we have to delete it manually to be able to keep the same assets count in both side (Automate and CW).

Is this normal ?  We`re having problems invoicing with CW because of this.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
