3rd party ticketing system integration

Hi all,

we use connectwise Automate. I'd like to have a better ticketing system, but not all the bells&whistles of Connectwise manage (because we really only need the ticketing part). Which 3rd party ticketing system can be integrated out of the box with Connectwise automate?

Hi Leoo, yes I am also interested in suggestions and experiences from other forum members. 

Connectwise has not even put the ticketing interface on the roadmap yet for their New Web Interface which forces you to keep using the CC interface as your daily driver.

We use Zendesk , and have setup some automation for categories from different alerts so it forwards what we count as critical tickets.

Also , you can tag them differently in ZenDesk so they got their own categories if you so wish. Really useful.

We are on Support-plan , which is enough for us. We dont use metrics from tickets as for now , so a higher plan is not needed.
