Failed Emails - Error Message "A recipient must be specified"

Good morning,


I set up a new alert template with a contact and am getting the following error "A recipient must be specified". I have checked the monitor alert settings, alert template, User and Contact settings (created the email address as both a contact and user) and still not getting the emails. If I set the alert template to my user account, I get the emails. I do get emails from other monitors to this address. Any suggestions?
